Refund policy

If you are not 100% happy when you receive your items, you can return it for a refund. Returns for altered items with not be accepted please do not alter the contents if you do it is yours and we cannot accept a return.

Customers in the UK

We operate a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive your item to return it item for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of return postage

Customers in the Rest of the World

We operate a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your item to contact us to start a return. Then you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. (this does not include the shipping time)

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@minersbench.com. If your return is accepted,  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent at the customer's own expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Delivery Address

Items will be delivered to the address provided at point of sale.
We Cannot ship to any other address. 
Please make sure this is a secure address for items to be received.
We can not accept responsibility for items/deliveries at
shared addresses / shared post boxes / Inaccessible addresses

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please include the original packing and stock label if returning items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
PayPal refunds normal take 24-72hrs depending on original payment method.
